As the final moments of our year wind down, we are learning that three Core Staff members are moving on to fresh adventures. We celebrate what each of them has given to our community, and we wish them all the best on the next phase of their lives. We will miss each of them.
Kizzi Collier, Core Staff and Operations Manager
Kizzi joined Core Staff in 2020, after a year of being our Americorps Service Member. Kizzi greeted us all with her smile and kindness, and shared her passions for books, plants, sex education, herbalism, and much more. She cared for the building and she took care of the staff. Kizzi is ready to embrace the next stage of life! Stay tuned for more news!
Kim Chin-Gibbons, Core Staff and Social Media Director
Kim joined our staff this year, and contributed to the music program and filled the kitchen with the lovely aroma of quality coffee. Her music career continues to grow, and we look forward to following her progress!
Olivia Nied, Americorps Service Member
Olivia offered all of us her joy, kindness, and concern for each person at North Star this past year. We were in good hands with Olivia, who has now completed two years with Americorps, and we appreciate her gifts to our community. Best wishes to her music career and the next set of explorations!
