North Star still publishes a printed newsletter to share the stories of our members, and this month we are featuring the story of Emile Marti. Emile has been a very active member of North Star over the past few years: hiking, cooking, the Ozzy Klate Memorial Fund Award, and many classes. You have likely seen his photo in our weekly emails. Here is a chance to learn a bit more of Emile’s back story, and to hear from a staff member, Anne Vanderburgh, about her work as a volunteer tutor and teacher at North Star. Thank you, Anne!
